Sinister Diesel Reman Fuel Injection Control Module (SDFICMFORD05) for 2005-2007 Powerstroke 6.0L (Built after 1/05)

The Sinister Diesel 6.0 Powerstroke Fuel Injector Control Module (FICM) is an aftermarket upgrade designed to improve the reliability and maintain the performance of the 6.0L Powerstroke. This FICM is preprogrammed with the latest software from Ford, which improves cold start up performance, reduces injector stiction problems, and improves injector life. Our FICM is a direct replacement for the factory module, and it is designed to maintain the factory voltage output and is guaranteed to fix 100% of FICM failure modes. All our FICM’s are completely remanufactured and are 100% tested as a complete unit.

Out Sinister Diesel FICM is made from high-quality components to help reduce heat fatigue on electrical parts and is designed to be more durable and long-lasting than the factory FICM which is prone to failure due to heat and vibration. During the remanufacturing process, we upgrade the mainboard to prevent common failure modes, avoiding future issues.

4-Pin vs. 7-Pin: Ford developed two different hardware platforms for the FICM, referred to as 7-Pin and 4-Pin. This refers to the number of screws that attach the power supply board to the main board. The 7-Pin early hardware was replace later in the vehicles production cycle. Since our FICM’s are a completely plug-and-play solution, our FICM works as a replacement regardless if your truck currently has 7-Pin or 4-Pin.
