Oil Cooler for 6.7L Powerstroke (2011–2019)
The Mishimoto Oil Cooler MMOC-F2D-11K fits 2011–2019 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke engines. It replaces the factory liquid-to-liquid oil cooler with a front-mounted liquid-to-air system. As a result, it helps reduce both oil and coolant temperatures while taking stress off the primary cooling system.
Replaces Factory Oil Cooler Design
The stock oil cooler uses engine coolant to pull heat from the oil and send it through the radiator. However, over time, factory coolers can wear out or struggle under heavy towing or modified applications. This kit removes the factory cooler and replaces it with a liquid-to-air setup for improved cooling efficiency.
Bar-and-Plate Cooler with Front-Mount Design
Mishimoto uses a bar-and-plate oil cooler designed for durability and consistent cooling. In addition, the front-mount location places the cooler in direct airflow, which helps improve heat dissipation.
Stainless-Steel Lines and Increased Oil Capacity
This kit includes stainless-steel braided -16 AN lines to support proper oil flow in demanding conditions. At the same time, the system adds one gallon of oil capacity, which increases overall cooling potential.
Complete Kit for Installation
The kit includes a CNC-machined adapter plate with seals that mounts in the factory cooler location. It also includes mounting brackets, line brackets, a coolant bypass hose, worm gear clamps, and all required hardware. Because of this, the installation process stays organized and straightforward.
Built for Fitment and Function
This oil cooler kit fits 2011–2019 6.7L Powerstroke trucks without requiring custom fabrication. It also includes a license plate relocation bracket to help maintain airflow through the cooler.

Installation
| Note |
Some trimming of the bumper facia and relocation of the front license plate is required to fit this cooler. This kit includes all hardware required to relocate the license plate. Owners in cold climates or utilizing power takeoff must monitor oil temperatures to avoid overcooling or overheating, respectively. If equipped, the Adaptive Cruise Control sensor will require modification to the mounting bracket in order to fit with our Oil Cooler. |
