Sinister Diesel has redesigned the EGR cooler for 2008-2010 Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty trucks with a 6.4L Powerstroke engine. It replaces the factory horizontal EGR cooler but offers improved performance and durability. Instead of internal cooling fins, it features high-flow stainless steel tubing and TIG-welded construction to prevent clogging and failure.
