This new engineered solution is a complete line of high quality valve cover gaskets for light and medium duty diesel applications including the Ford 6.0L and 7.3L Power Stroke, the Dodge Cummins 5.9L and 6.7L, and the GM Duramax 6.6L.

Sinister Diesel’s valve cover gaskets are constructed of premium synthetic rubber compounds such as high temperature silicone and hi-tech Fluoroelastomer (FKM) materials. The vast majority of the gaskets and component parts are manufactured in the USA. Comparing our product with the many off-shore offerings, it becomes clear that their product is made using inferior rubber compounds consisting of low-cost fillers which result in inconsistent sealing and poor high temperature resistance.

During injector replacement, the valve cover must be removed on most applications. This is a perfect time to replace the valve cover gasket to ensure a professional, leak-free repair. Our gaskets are packaged per side (bank) for all V8 applications, unlike most competitive offerings. Gaskets packaged per bank allow for a more cost effective repair when servicing the injectors.

The Sinister Diesel gasket kits include necessary additional items to ensure the job can be completed right the first time. This includes bolt isolators, ancillary o-rings, other seals and silicone where required.
