The Sinister Diesel 6.0 Charge Pipe Kit with Intake Elbow is a premium performance upgrade for 2003-2007 Ford F250 and F350 trucks equipped with the 6.0L Powerstroke engine. Designed to replace restrictive factory piping, this kit enhances airflow, reduces turbo lag, and improves throttle response, delivering increased horsepower and overall performance.

Crafted from 6061 aluminum alloy, the charge pipes and intake elbow feature CNC mandrel-bent tubing with smooth interiors for optimal airflow. The kit is finished in Sinister Diesel’s signature high-gloss Sinister Blue powder coat for durability and a custom look. Included in the kit are 5-ply silicone boots rated to 400psi and stainless steel spring clamps, ensuring a secure and leak-free installation. Please note: the hot-side charge pipe does not fit trucks with the dual alternator option.

CARB Compliance: This product is 50-state legal under CARB EO# D-721-5. The intake elbow is CARB-compliant for 2005-2007 models only, under CARB EO# D-721-6.
