The Sinister Diesel 6.0L Power Stroke intake elbow upgrades the stock intake piping on 2003-2007 Ford Super Duty trucks and 2003.5-2005 Excursions with larger, CNC mandrel-bent aluminum tubing. This design improves airflow, enhances performance, and supports higher boost levels. Finished in Sinister Gray powder coat, it offers a durable and visually appealing alternative to the stock plastic unit. Designed and pressure tested in California, it comes with Sinister Diesel’s trusted quality and support.
The Sinister Diesel 6.0L Power Stroke intake elbow replaces the restrictive stock piping on your 2003-2007 Ford F-250, F-350 Super Duty or 2003.5-2005 Excursion 6.0 with larger diameter CNC mandrel-bent aluminum tubing. The increased diameter and large radius bend prevents restriction within the intake for a noticeable increase in performance while the stronger aluminum tubing and CNC machined base plate is designed to hold higher boost levels. Finished with in eye-catching Sinister’s Sinister Gray powder coat, the Sinister Diesel 6.0L Power Stroke Intake Elbow provides an upgrade over the stock plastic unit.
