The Sinister Diesel Complete Solution® Kit is a comprehensive package designed to improve the performance and reliability of your 6.0 Powerstroke. No more stretched bolts, blown head gaskets or white smoke from the EGR cooler. This kit includes all the necessary components to ensure your 6.0 Powerstroke can reliably do what you need it to do. Our EGR Cooler that is included in this kit features a unique internal tube design that provides superior cooling capacity and durability compared to the factory radiator style fin design. Our heavy duty oil cooler that is included with this kit is designed to replace the factory oil that is prone to failure. Our oil cooler is an upgraded version that is engineered to improve the cooling efficiency of the engine oil, which helps extend the lift of the engine and prevent future costly repairs. It has a larger surface area than the stock oil cooler which increases the cooling capacity and improves the oil flow.

We also include ARP Head Studs and the necessary gaskets to put everything back together. The Factory Head Bolts used on the 6.0 can stretch or break under high load which can result in head gasket failure. The ARP Head Studs provide a much more reliable and durable solution by improving cylinder head clamping force which helps to maintain a consistent and secure seal between the cylinder head and block.
