The Sinister Diesel Duramax head gasket is a high-quality replacement for blown or leaking OE head gaskets on GM Duramax diesel engines from 2001–2010 (LB7, LLY, LBZ, and LMM models). It features a durable 5-layer stainless steel construction with heavy-duty cylinder seals and an FKM coating to prevent fluid leaks. Designed for excellent performance and a tight seal, each gasket is sold individually for either the driver’s or passenger’s side.
