The Fleece Performance FPE-6.0STREET-0407 Cheetah® turbocharger is a drop-in upgrade for 2004.5–2007 6.0L Powerstroke trucks. Designed for drivers who want fast spool-up, improved throttle response, and stronger top-end power, this turbo combines stock-style fitment with upgraded internal components.

Because it uses factory-style housings, installation remains simple while supporting significantly more airflow and boost capability.

Built for Street and Performance Use

The FPE-6.0STREET-0407 works well for dual-purpose trucks that tow during the week and compete on weekends. It delivers strong low-end response while still supporting higher horsepower levels on the top end.

As a result, the turbo provides a balanced combination of drivability and performance.

Upgraded Compressor and Turbine Wheels

This turbocharger features a 63mm forged milled wheel (FMW) compressor and a high-flow 66mm Cheetah turbine wheel. These upgraded components improve airflow and efficiency compared to the factory turbo.

Because of that, the engine responds quicker and maintains stronger airflow under load.

Supports Up to 600 RWHP

The FPE-6.0STREET-0407 is rated to support up to 600 rear-wheel horsepower. In addition, the upgraded wheel design allows the turbo to maintain strong performance at higher boost levels.

The turbo can safely support up to 40 PSI of boost while retaining stock-style fitment.

Variable Nozzle Technology

This turbo retains Garrett variable nozzle turbine (VNT) technology. The VNT design improves spool-up by allowing the turbo to act smaller at low RPM and flow more exhaust at higher RPM.

As a result, throttle response improves while reducing turbo lag.

Genuine Garrett Components

Fleece builds this turbo using genuine Garrett turbocharger parts. In addition, upgraded shaft bearings and 360-degree thrust bearings improve durability and long-term reliability.

Stock Appearing Installation

The FPE-6.0STREET-0407 uses factory housings and installs in place of the OEM turbocharger. Therefore, no aftermarket piping or major modifications are required during installation.

This design allows factory systems to remain intact.
