Fleece SureFlo® Performance Sending Unit – 50 Gallon Tank (FPE-SF-CUMM-2024-50G) for 2020–2024 Cummins 6.7L

The Fleece SureFlo Sending Unit gives 2020–2024 Ram Cummins 6.7L trucks a clean solution for running an aftermarket lift pump. This unit installs directly into the factory sending unit location. As a result, you can upgrade your fuel system without drilling the fuel tank or installing a sump.

Many aftermarket fuel setups require a draw straw or sump. However, these methods often cause the well-known ¼ tank fuel issue. When fuel levels drop, the pump may draw air instead of fuel. This leads to cavitation and unstable fuel delivery.

The Fleece SureFlo Sending Unit FPE-SF-CUMM-2024-50G solves this problem by drawing fuel from the bucket assembly at the base of the sending unit. In addition, the system returns fuel to the same bucket assembly. Because of this design, the lift pump receives a steady fuel supply even when fuel levels are low.

The bucket assembly also uses one-way check valves. These valves allow fuel to flow into the reservoir at lower fuel levels. As a result, the lift pump continues receiving fuel instead of air.

The Fleece SureFlo Sending Unit also works well for trucks that did not originally include an in-tank pump. In those cases, it can replace a faulty fuel level sender while allowing custom fuel system plumbing. The universal –8 AN ports also make it easier to connect aftermarket fuel lines.

Application Notes

SureFlo sending units do not include a fuel pump. They are designed for trucks using an externally mounted lift pump.

This sending unit is not for cab and chassis trucks.

It is designed for trucks equipped with the factory 50 gallon fuel tank option. It will not work with oversized aftermarket fuel tanks.

For best results, this unit has been tested with lift pumps including:
