Edge EZX 6.7 Power Stroke Performance Module

The Edge EZX 6.7 Power Stroke performance module delivers a modern power upgrade for 2023–2026 Ford trucks equipped with the 6.7L Power Stroke engine. This inline module installs quickly using factory-style connections and requires no cutting or splicing. As a result, drivers gain improved throttle response, stronger towing performance, and greater control over their truck’s behavior.

The module connects directly to the factory sensors and electronics. Installation takes only a few minutes, and the device can be removed easily when needed. Because the system leaves no trace in the factory ECM, the truck returns to stock settings once the module is removed.

Edge EZX 6.7 Power Stroke Power Levels

The Edge EZX 6.7 Power Stroke module allows drivers to select between multiple performance levels using the smartphone app. These power levels help tailor performance for towing, daily driving, or maximum output.

For Standard Output engines, the available levels include:

Level 1 adds approximately 10 horsepower and 37 lb-ft of torque
Level 2 adds approximately 20 horsepower and 48 lb-ft of torque
Level 3 adds approximately 30 horsepower and 62 lb-ft of torque
Level 4 adds approximately 40 horsepower and 75 lb-ft of torque
Level 5 adds approximately 60 horsepower and 140 lb-ft of torque

For High Output engines, the available levels include:

Level 1 adds approximately 5 horsepower and 19 lb-ft of torque
Level 2 adds approximately 13 horsepower and 30 lb-ft of torque
Level 3 adds approximately 20 horsepower and 48 lb-ft of torque
Level 4 adds approximately 28 horsepower and 67 lb-ft of torque
Level 5 adds approximately 45 horsepower and 112 lb-ft of torque

These adjustments improve acceleration, towing capability, and overall drivability.

Smartphone App Control

The Edge EZX smartphone app provides convenient control over the module’s features. The app works with both Android and iOS devices and allows drivers to adjust settings directly from their phone.

Drivers can adjust throttle booster sensitivity in each power level. The app also allows control of TPMS warning settings and pressure thresholds. In addition, users can enable or disable fog lights with high beams.

The system also supports manual DPF regeneration, emissions readiness monitoring, and diagnostic code reading.

Engine Protection and Diagnostics

The Edge EZX 6.7 Power Stroke module includes built-in protection features. The system will not add power until engine coolant temperature reaches safe operating levels. In addition, the module reduces power when coolant temperature approaches unsafe levels.

The smartphone app also provides diagnostic capabilities. Drivers can read and clear ECM and TCM diagnostic trouble codes and check emissions readiness monitors directly from their mobile device.

Monitoring with Insight CTS3

For drivers who want expanded monitoring, the system can pair with the Edge Insight CTS3 digital monitor. When used together, the monitor provides real-time engine data and customizable digital gauges inside the cab.

The kit includes a vehicle-specific CTS3 dash mount designed for a clean factory-style installation.
