The Edge Evolution CTS3 delivers advanced tuning and monitoring for 1999–2019 Ford Super Duty trucks equipped with Power Stroke diesel engines. Advanced Monitoring and Display
At the center of the system sits a large 5-inch full-color touchscreen display. The monitor provides real-time engine data and customizable gauge layouts. Drivers can easily view critical information while driving.
The display allows monitoring of parameters such as exhaust gas temperature, boost pressure, transmission temperature, and many other engine values. In addition, the touchscreen interface allows drivers to swipe between different gauge screens quickly.
The device also includes performance testing tools and data logging. Drivers can measure acceleration times, quarter-mile performance, and estimated horsepower. In addition, logged data helps drivers review performance and monitor vehicle health.
Diagnostics and Vehicle Control
The CTS3 includes built-in diagnostic capabilities. Drivers can read and clear diagnostic trouble codes directly from the device. As a result, they can quickly identify issues without visiting a repair shop.
The system can also command manual DPF regeneration on compatible trucks. This feature allows drivers to initiate a regeneration cycle when necessary.

Common EAS sensors include EGT pyrometer probes for monitoring exhaust gas temperatures. Pressure sensors can monitor boost, fuel pressure, or oil pressure. Temperature sensors allow drivers to track fluid temperatures in the transmission, differential, or engine.
The EAS system allows multiple sensors to daisy chain together under the hood. As a result, drivers can expand their monitoring setup without installing multiple gauges inside the cab.
Emissions Compliance
The Edge Evolution CTS3 provides emissions-compliant tuning for supported Power Stroke engines. The system carries CARB Executive Order approvals, which allow legal use in emissions-controlled areas.
