CNC424002 HPOP Lines and HPX Kit for 1994.5–1997 Powerstroke
The CNC424002 HPOP lines and HPX kit is built for 1994.5–1997 7.3L Powerstroke engines that need improved oil flow and long-term reliability. This kit replaces the factory high pressure oil pump lines and adds a high-pressure crossover hose to balance oil pressure between both cylinder heads.
Because the HEUI injection system relies on consistent oil pressure, this upgrade helps the engine run smoother and more efficiently.
Improves High Pressure Oil Delivery
The factory system feeds each head separately. However, pressure can vary between sides under load.
The included HPX crossover hose connects both heads and balances oil pressure. As a result, injectors receive more consistent oil supply, which improves overall engine operation.
Upgraded HPOP Line Construction
This kit replaces the factory HPOP lines with braided stainless steel lines. These upgraded lines handle heat and pressure better than aging OEM components.
In addition, the stronger construction reduces the risk of leaks and failures over time.
Smoother Engine Operation
Balanced oil pressure improves injector performance. Because of that, the engine runs more evenly and produces less injector noise.

Installation
- These line will route different than OEM. Driver side will route just like the 99-03 models, which means it will now route to the second oil galley port and go around the engine lifting eyelet. The passenger side line will arch slightly over the front fuel bowl lid. This will not hinder the removal of the fuel filter. The HPX line will route just like the 99-03 trucks also (which is the third set of oil galley ports back starting from the front of the vehicle)
- Pump Fitting Torque 28 ft/lbs.
- Head Fitting Torque 23 ft/lbs.
- Hose Ends Torque 21 ft/lbs.
- Remove the spring checks in the pump under the stock fittings
