Carli CS-FLMSS-05 Steering Stabilizer Kit for 2005–2022 Powerstroke

The Carli CS-FLMSS-05 low mount steering stabilizer kit is built for 2005–2022 Powerstroke trucks that need better steering control and reduced front-end feedback. This system includes a front differential guard and adds a second stabilizer to improve handling, especially on trucks running larger tires.

If your truck struggles with steering wander or feedback through the wheel, this upgrade helps bring control back.

Dual Stabilizer Advantage

A single stabilizer can only do so much. This system adds a second stabilizer to the tie rod, which works alongside a high-mount setup.

Because of that, each stabilizer controls a different part of the steering system. One handles the drag link while the other stabilizes the tie rod.

As a result, the steering feels tighter, more controlled, and more predictable across all driving conditions.

Reduces Death Wobble and Feedback

Modern Super Duty trucks have seen changes in caster and front-end design that can lead to instability. Weak components and poor damping allow vibration to build, which leads to steering issues.

This kit reduces that feedback by controlling movement before it reaches the steering wheel. It helps limit oscillation and improves overall front-end stability.

Built for Strength and Protection

The stabilizer features a stainless steel body, hardened nitride shaft, and precision bearings. These materials resist wear and corrosion while maintaining performance.

Carli mounts the stabilizer behind the tie rod to protect it from trail damage. The included differential guard uses boxed 3/16″ construction and bolts directly to factory mounting points.

Adjustable and Tunable Setup

This system uses an opposing stabilizer setup. Each stabilizer pushes in a different direction, which allows fine tuning for tire pull and steering feel.

Because of that, you can dial in the system without creating overly stiff steering.

Fits Multiple Lift Heights

Carli designed this kit to work with different lift setups. It supports 2.5″, 3.5″, 4.5″, and 5.5″ Carli systems with specific mounting configurations.

That flexibility allows proper fitment and performance across multiple builds.
