Carli CS-FARA-45-05 Radius Arms for 2005–2022 Powerstroke

The Carli CS-FARA-45-05 fabricated radius arms are built for 2005–2022 Powerstroke trucks running a 4.5″ or 5.5″ lift. These arms correct caster, improve suspension movement, and increase durability over factory components.

If your truck struggles with alignment or front-end instability after lifting it, this upgrade solves that problem and restores proper geometry.

Built for Strength

Carli builds these radius arms using a fully boxed design with full-length internal gusseting. That construction increases strength and prevents flex under load.

Smooth Suspension Travel

Each arm uses a 3-inch serviceable 17-4 stainless spherical joint. This joint allows the suspension to cycle smoothly without binding.

Designed for Tire Clearance

Carli includes a high-clearance cutout in the arm design. That feature allows clearance for up to 37-inch tires when running near-stock backspacing.

This design also helps keep debris and rocks from damaging your paint.

Corrects Caster for Stability

Proper caster is critical on lifted trucks. These radius arms correct between 0.5° and 2.5° of caster at the axle.

That adjustment allows you to dial in positive caster, which improves tracking and helps prevent death wobble.
