Carli CS-F45-CO25-05 Coilover System for 2005–2007 Powerstroke

The Carli CS-F45-CO25-05 coilover suspension system transforms the ride and performance of 2005–2007 Powerstroke trucks. This 4.5″ lift system delivers improved control, increased travel, and a smoother ride across all driving conditions.

Coilover Performance Advantage

Coilovers improve both ride quality and adjustability. Unlike standard shock setups, this system allows height adjustment to compensate for added weight like bumpers or winches.

In addition, the coilover design increases wheel travel and keeps the suspension working smoothly throughout its range.

Carli Tuned King 2.5 Shocks

Carli builds this system around King 2.5” coilovers up front and piggyback reservoir shocks in the rear. These shocks use a larger piston, which increases control and damping performance.

Because of that, the truck handles bumps better and stays more stable under load.

Carli also machines the shock shafts from solid 17-4 stainless steel. This design resists corrosion and eliminates coating failure over time.

Complete Front Suspension Correction

This system corrects geometry throughout the front suspension. Radius arm drop brackets reset the pivot point, while sway bar components restore proper engagement.

In addition, the adjustable track bar centers the axle. Brake lines and bump stop drops support increased travel and protect components.

Caster shims help tighten steering feel, which improves overall drivability.

Rear Suspension Options

You can pair this system with either a progressive add-a-pack or a full replacement leaf spring pack.

• Full Progressive Springs improve ride quality but slightly reduce capacity

Wheel and Tire Recommendations

Proper wheel setup matters. Carli recommends 17″–18″ wheels with no more than 9″ width and 5″ backspacing.

Avoid running oversized tires on factory wheels. Doing so can cause rubbing on suspension and brake components.
