This drop-in, stock appearing turbocharger starts with New Genuine Ford Turbochargers and features an upgraded rotating assembly with a larger compressor wheel and high flow turbine wheel. As a result, the larger 63mm billet compressor wheel and 65mm mixed flow turbine wheel increase mass airflow, maximum boost, horsepower, and torque. At the same time, this design lowers EGT’s and decreases drive pressures, giving you improved efficiency without sacrificing reliability.
Because this turbocharger drops directly into the factory location and mounts using factory hardware, installation remains straightforward and efficient. In addition, the package includes new gaskets and clamp for install. BD also VSR high speed balances the unit to ensure reliability and consistent performance.
