The new Sinister Diesel Hexagon 6.0 Intake Elbow for replaces the restrictive stock piping on your 2003-2007 Ford F-250, F-350 Super Duty or 2003.5-2005 Excursion 6.0 with larger diameter precision-cut hand-fabricated manifold with a stunning unique design. The increased diameter and larger volume reduce restriction within the intake for an increase in performance while the stronger aluminum construction and CNC machined base plate is designed to hold higher boost levels. Finished with eye-catching Sinister’s high-gloss Sinister Blue powder coat, the Sinister Diesel Hexagon 6.0L Power Stroke Intake Elbow provides an upgrade over the stock plastic unit.

Note for 2003-2004 6.0 Powerstroke Owners: Please be aware that this intake elbow may interfere with the factory throttle valve setup. Not sure if your throttle valve is active? Here’s an easy check: If you see wires connected to the valve, it’s active. If you see the valve but no wires going to it, your valve is non-active. and our intake elbow can be installed without issues!
