Intercooler for 6.0L Powerstroke (2003–2007)

The Mishimoto Intercooler MMINT0F2D-03K fits 2003–2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke trucks. This intercooler kit installs as a direct fit and includes both hot-side and cold-side intercooler pipes along with boots. As a result, it provides a complete solution to improve airflow and reduce intake air temperatures.

Bar-and-Plate Core with Increased Volume

Mishimoto uses a 3.35-inch bar-and-plate core that is 33% thicker than the factory intercooler. In addition, the design provides a 32.5% increase in core volume. Because of this, the intercooler supports improved airflow and more consistent cooling.

Cast End Tanks with Airflow Design

Mandrel-Bent Aluminum Pipes
