This billet cover replaces the factory stamped-steel unit with a rigid, precision-machined solution designed for performance and heavy-duty use.

Keating Machine CNC-machines this cover from high-grade billet aluminum, which greatly reduces flex and improves gear alignment under load. As a result, the front of the engine maintains consistent timing accuracy even in high-boost and high-RPM environments. This added rigidity directly improves durability compared to OEM components.

In addition, this timing cover retains full compatibility with critical factory components. It supports the OEM gear housing, RPM sensor pickup, belt routing, fan assembly, and crankshaft damper without modification. It also accommodates aftermarket mechanical fuel supply pumps. For applications that do not use a mechanical pump, the included block-off plate provides a clean and reliable solution.
