The Industrial Injection New XP600 Series Duramax 6.6L CP3 XP600D takes the company’s XP CP3 platform to the next level. Industrial Injection first introduced its XP CP3 pumps in 2015 with a focus on high fuel flow and strong single-pump performance. Now, the XP600D builds on that design for serious Duramax racing applications.

Industrial Injection equips the XP600D with a heavy-duty 14mm shaft, 9mm plungers, and a high-flow gear pump. Additionally, hardened and DLC-coated internal components help support the demands of high-performance diesel racing.

Industrial Injection XP600D Fuel Flow

A high-performance Duramax needs enough fuel supply to support its power demands. Therefore, Industrial Injection designed the XP600D to provide better fuel flow, performance, and efficiency from a single CP3 pump.

The 14mm shaft provides the foundation for the pump. Meanwhile, the 9mm plungers and high-flow gear pump work together to increase fuel delivery. As a result, the XP600D provides a serious fuel system option for competition Duramax builds.

14mm Shaft and 9mm Plungers

Industrial Injection builds the XP600D around a robust 14mm shaft. Additionally, the pump uses 9mm plungers to support the fuel demands of high-performance Duramax engines.

Industrial Injection also uses a high-flow gear pump within the XP600 design. Therefore, each major part of the pump works toward the same goal of delivering the fuel flow required by demanding racing applications.

Hardened and DLC-Coated CP3 Components

Racing Applications Only

Industrial Injection restricts the XP600D to racing applications. Furthermore, the company requires verification before shipping an XP600 CP3 pump.
