Fleece SureFlo® Performance Fuel Sending Unit – Long Bed (FPE-SF-FMC-9907-LB) for 1999-2007 Powerstroke 6.0L

The Fleece SureFlo Performance Fuel Sending Unit FPE-SF-FMC-9907-LB is a drop-in replacement for 1999-2007 Ford 7.3L and 6.0L Powerstroke trucks. It works well for trucks that need to repair a malfunctioning fuel level sender. In addition, it works well for trucks that want to run custom fuel lines directly to the fuel tank.

Fleece SureFlo Performance Fuel Sending Unit Design

SureFlo performance sending units are designed to work with aftermarket lift pumps. The Fleece SureFlo Performance Fuel Sending Unit FPE-SF-FMC-9907-LB also features factory style quick connect fittings that adapt to the stock fuel lines at the tank. Because of this design, installation remains clean and requires no cutting or drilling of the tank.

SureFlo Bucket Fuel Delivery System

Unlike OE fuel senders that only use a pickup tube, the SureFlo works by drawing fuel from and returning fuel to the bucket assembly at the base of the unit. Because of this design, the pump draws fuel instead of air. As a result, the system helps eliminate the common ¼ tank problem.

In addition, the SureFlo bucket includes one way check valves. These valves allow fuel to flow into the bucket more easily at low fuel levels.
