Fleece SureFlo Sending Unit (FPE-SF-FMC-1116-LB) for 2011-2016 Powerstroke 6.7L (Long Bed)

The Fleece SureFlo Sending Unit FPE-SF-FMC-1116-LB helps solve common fuel delivery problems when running an aftermarket lift pump on a 2011-2016 Powerstroke 6.7L long bed truck. Many aftermarket pumps mount external to the fuel tank. Because of this, you may need a draw straw or drill the fuel tank for a sump. However, both options have drawbacks and can create the common ¼ tank issue that causes cavitation when the pump pulls air into the fuel system.

Fleece SureFlo Sending Unit Solution

SureFlo performance sending units are designed to work with aftermarket lift pumps and fit directly into the stock sending unit location. The Fleece SureFlo Sending Unit FPE-SF-FMC-1116-LB uses factory style quick disconnects that adapt to the stock fuel lines at the tank. Because of this design, installation remains clean and does not require cutting or drilling the fuel tank.

SureFlo Bucket Fuel Delivery Design

SureFlo works by drawing fuel from, and returning fuel to, the bucket assembly at the base of the unit. This design ensures you are always drawing fuel into your pump instead of drawing air into the fuel system. As a result, it eliminates the dreaded ¼ tank problem.

The SureFlo bucket also incorporates one way check valves. These valves allow fuel to flow into the bucket more easily at lower fuel levels.
