Introduction

The Fleece SureFlo Sending Unit for 2011–2016 Duramax LML short bed trucks provides a clean and reliable way to run aftermarket lift pumps without modifying the fuel tank. Instead of installing a draw straw or drilling the tank for a sump, the Fleece SureFlo Sending Unit installs directly in the factory sending unit location. As a result, installation is easier and the fuel system remains reliable.

Many aftermarket fuel systems require tank modifications. However, those setups often lead to the well-known ¼ tank issue, where the pump begins drawing air instead of fuel. Because the Fleece SureFlo Sending Unit pulls fuel directly from the bucket assembly, it helps maintain a steady fuel supply even at lower fuel levels.

In addition, the system returns fuel directly to the bucket assembly at the base of the sending unit. This design helps ensure the pump continues drawing fuel instead of air. As a result, it helps eliminate cavitation and improves overall fuel system reliability.

Application Notes

For Titan fuel tanks, reference the Fleece Performance fitment data before installation. However, this sending unit will not fit S&B fuel tanks.
