Unlike the standard CTS3 monitor, the Insight+ includes a VIN-specific custom tune license. This license allows the device to flash custom tuning files directly to the vehicle. Drivers can load calibrations from approved third-party tuners without installing additional hardware.
The system works specifically with 2020–2023 GM 6.6L L5P Duramax trucks. The kit includes the required ECM and TCM unlock tools along with the necessary harnesses. In addition, the package includes a vehicle-specific A-pillar mount designed for these trucks.
At the center of the device sits a large 5-inch high-resolution touchscreen display. This monitor provides real-time vehicle data and customizable gauge layouts. This product is NOT LEGAL FOR SALE OR USE IN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA. Testing with the California Air Resources Board, in order to achieve 50-state compliance, is pending with CARB. Once testing is complete with California, and an E.O. number is issued, this product will be updated to 50-state legal status.
