The Keating Machine 12-Valve Billet Timing Front Cover w/o 12AN Port is a direct-replacement upgrade for 1994–2002 Cummins 5.9L 12-valve engines using the later front gear housing. Keating Machine CNC-machines this cover from high-strength billet aluminum. As a result, it delivers improved rigidity, precise alignment, and long-term sealing compared to the factory stamped steel timing cover.

Non-Ported Configuration

This version uses a solid P-pump cover plate with no –12AN port. Because of this, it works well for builds that do not require auxiliary crankcase ventilation, catch cans, or custom breather plumbing. Therefore, it suits OEM-style ventilation layouts and clean engine bay builds where simplicity matters.

Compatibility & Fitment

The billet timing cover retains compatibility with key factory components. It supports the OEM RPM sensor, stock front gear housing, crank dampener, belt drive system, and mechanical fan. Additionally, it allows the use of aftermarket mechanical fuel supply pumps. A block-off plate is included for applications that do not run a Waterman-style pump.

Sealing & Hardware
