CNC424003 HPOP Lines for 1999–2003 Powerstroke
The CNC424003 HPOP lines replace the factory high pressure oil pump lines on 1999–2003 7.3L Powerstroke engines. This kit includes two upgraded hoses and all required fittings, allowing you to replace worn OEM lines with a stronger and more reliable setup.
Because the HPOP system controls injector operation, weak or leaking lines can lead to performance issues and poor drivability.
Increased Flow with Larger Diameter
These lines are upgraded to a 3/8-inch diameter. As a result, they allow improved oil flow compared to restrictive factory lines.
Better flow helps maintain consistent pressure, especially under load or higher demand conditions.
Teflon-Lined Hose Construction
The CNC424003 uses Aeroquip hose with DuPont Teflon™ lining. This design improves durability and resistance to heat and pressure.
In addition, the Teflon lining supports smooth internal flow and reduces long-term wear.
Built for High Pressure Conditions
High pressure oil systems operate under extreme stress. Therefore, these lines are built to handle demanding conditions without failure.

Installation
- Pump Fitting Torque 28 ft/lbs.
- Head Fitting Torque 23 ft/lbs.
- Hose Ends Torque 21 ft/lbs.
- Remove the spring checks in the pump under the stock fittings
