CNC424001 HPOP Lines for 1994.5–1997 Powerstroke
The CNC424001 HPOP lines are a direct replacement for the factory high pressure oil pump lines on 1994.5–1997 7.3L Powerstroke engines. These upgraded lines replace worn or aging OEM components that often fail due to heat, pressure, and time.
Because the HPOP system controls injector operation, weak or leaking lines can cause drivability issues and poor engine performance.
Built for High Pressure Oil Systems
The factory HPOP lines struggle to handle long-term heat and pressure. However, these upgraded lines are designed specifically for the demands of the 7.3L hydraulic injection system.
As a result, they provide consistent oil delivery and help maintain proper injector function.
Teflon Lined Hose Construction
These lines feature DuPont Teflon™ lining, which improves durability and resistance to heat and pressure. In addition, the Teflon lining reduces internal restriction and supports consistent oil flow.
This design holds up better than factory-style rubber lines over time.
High-Quality Hydraulic Fittings
Each set includes genuine Brennan™ hydraulic fittings. These fittings provide a secure connection and help prevent leaks under high pressure.

Installation
- Pump Fitting Torque 28 ft/lbs.
- Head Fitting Torque 23 ft/lbs.
- Hose Ends Torque 21 ft/lbs.
- Remove the spring checks in the pump under the stock fittings
