Carli CS-FLTB-05 Air Bag System for 2005–2007 Powerstroke
The Carli CS-FLTB-05 long travel air bag system is built for 2005–2007 Powerstroke trucks running a 4.5″ lift. This system increases load capacity and towing control without sacrificing ride quality or suspension travel.
If you tow heavy trailers or carry consistent weight, this setup helps keep the truck level and stable.
Built for Long Travel Suspension
Carli designed this system to work with up to 12 inches of suspension travel. That allows the rear suspension to move freely without limiting articulation.
Because of that, you maintain ride quality while still gaining the support needed for heavy loads.
Supports Heavy Loads
These airbags handle demanding towing and hauling conditions. They are rated up to 100 psi, with a normal operating range between 5 and 75 psi.
As a result, they work well for:
- 5th wheel trailers
- Work trucks
- Campers
- Boats
- Bumper pull trailers
Simple Bolt-On Installation
This system installs using a 100% bolt-on design. You can complete the installation at home with basic tools.
In addition, you can run the system with manual air fill or connect it to an onboard air setup for easier adjustment.
Maintains Ride Comfort
Airbags often reduce ride quality when not loaded. Carli avoids that problem by designing this system to work with the suspension instead of fighting it.
Because of that, the truck rides comfortably when empty and stays controlled when loaded.
