Carli CS-FFSP-05 Leaf Spring Kit for 2005–2007 Powerstroke

The Carli CS-FFSP-05 full progressive leaf spring kit is built for 2005–2007 Powerstroke trucks that need better ride quality, increased suspension travel, and improved rear-end control. This system replaces the factory leaf pack with a fully engineered progressive design that delivers smoother performance on the road and off it.

If your truck rides harsh or struggles to stay composed over bumps, this upgrade fixes that problem.

Progressive Spring Design

Factory leaf packs rely on a few heavy leaves and a stiff overload spring. That setup creates a rough ride and limits suspension movement.

Carli replaces that design with a 9-leaf main pack and a 3-leaf overload. As a result, the spring rate builds progressively instead of hitting all at once.

Improved Ride Quality and Travel

A progressive spring pack allows the suspension to cycle smoothly. The rear end reacts more predictably and absorbs bumps without harsh rebound.

Because of that, you get:

• A softer unloaded ride
• Increased suspension travel
• Better control over rough terrain

This system supports up to 15 inches of wheel travel, which is a major improvement over stock.

Maintains Practical Load Capacity

This kit slightly reduces load capacity compared to a standard 3/4-ton setup. However, it still provides strong support when the suspension compresses and engages the full spring pack.

That balance gives you better ride quality without sacrificing real-world usability.

Designed for Tire Clearance and Lift Systems

Carli relocates the center pin to allow clearance for larger tires. This setup supports up to 38-inch tires, with 37-inch tires recommended.

In addition, the spring pack levels the rear to match Carli 4.5″ front systems.

Carli partners with Deaver Spring Manufacturing to produce these packs. Deaver builds high-quality springs designed for durability and consistent performance.
