Carli CS-FSHACKLE-11 Leaf Spring Shackle for 2005–2026 Powerstroke

The Carli CS-FSHACKLE-11 fabricated leaf spring shackle is built for 2005–2026 Powerstroke trucks that need better ride quality and smoother rear suspension movement. This upgrade replaces the factory shackle and eliminates the binding caused by OEM vulcanized bushings.

If your truck rides rough in the rear or feels stiff over bumps, this component helps free up suspension travel.

Eliminates Binding from Factory Bushings

Factory shackles use vulcanized bushings that limit movement. These bushings rely on minimal deflection, which creates resistance instead of allowing the suspension to cycle freely.

Carli solves that problem by replacing the factory design with a setup that allows proper movement. As a result, the rear suspension reacts more smoothly over uneven terrain.

Improves Ride Quality

A stiff rear suspension often comes from limited bushing movement. This shackle uses a design that increases bushing material while reducing sleeve thickness.

Because of that, the suspension absorbs bumps more effectively and delivers a more controlled ride.

Serviceable and Rebuildable Design

Unlike factory components, this system allows maintenance and rebuilding. Each shackle includes greaseable bushings with protected zerk fittings.

Grease flows through internal channels, around the sleeve, and across the bushing surface. That design extends bushing life and keeps the system working properly.

If the bushings wear out, you can replace them without buying a full new shackle.

Works with Factory or Aftermarket Leaf Springs

This shackle works with factory leaf springs and Carli-spec Deaver spring packs. It replaces the final two restrictive bushings in the rear suspension when paired with upgraded leaf springs.

Because of that, it completes the transition to a fully free-moving rear suspension setup.
