Description
Flow-enhanced exchange 24-valve ISB fuel injectors are engineered to support horsepower ranges from 50hp up to 200hp, making them ideal for performance upgrades and efficiency improvements. Featuring a new nozzle design with the highest degree of precision, these injectors utilize EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) to create ultra-accurate orifices. To ensure optimal performance, the orifices are de-burred using an abrasive extrusion process, which smooths internal surfaces and enhances fuel flow. This combination of advanced machining and finishing techniques results in superior fuel atomization, promoting more complete combustion, increased power output, and improved engine efficiency.
