The factory exhaust system on the 6.4L Power Stroke is prone to failure over time due to heat and age, leading to issues like exhaust leaks, slower turbo performance, and increased noise and soot. BD’s Exhaust Manifold & Up-Pipe Kit addresses these problems with a more durable and efficient design. The kit includes large-diameter, mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel up-pipes with expansion bellows to reduce turbo restriction. The heavy-duty exhaust manifolds are made from thick-walled Hi-Silicon ductile casting to resist cracking.
