The Industrial Injection New XP600 Series Cummins 6.7L CP3 XP600C builds on the company’s XP CP3 platform for serious diesel racing applications. Industrial Injection first introduced its XP CP3 pumps in 2015 with a focus on high fuel flow and strong single-pump performance. Now, the XP600C takes that design further with upgraded internal components and increased fuel delivery.

Industrial Injection equips the XP600C with a heavy-duty 14mm shaft, 9mm plungers, and a high-flow gear pump. Additionally, hardened and DLC-coated internal components help support the demands of high-performance Cummins racing engines.

High-performance diesel engines require enough fuel volume to support their power demands. Therefore, Industrial Injection designed the XP600C to deliver better fuel flow, performance, and efficiency from a single CP3 pump.

The 14mm shaft provides a strong foundation for the pump. Meanwhile, the 9mm plungers and high-flow gear pump support increased fuel delivery. As a result, the XP600C provides a serious fuel system option for competition-built 6.7L Cummins engines.

14mm Shaft and 9mm Plungers

Industrial Injection builds the XP600C around a robust 14mm shaft. Additionally, the pump uses 9mm plungers to support the fuel demands of high-performance Cummins engines.

A high-flow gear pump completes the main fuel delivery upgrades. Therefore, the XP600C combines several upgraded components to provide the increased flow required by demanding competition applications.

290 GPH Lift Pump Required

The XP600C requires a high-volume fuel supply to operate as intended. Industrial Injection specifies a lift pump capable of 290 GPH for this CP3 pump.

Therefore, customers should verify their fuel system before installing the XP600C. Supplying the required fuel volume allows the high-flow CP3 to operate as Industrial Injection designed it.

Racing Applications Only

Industrial Injection restricts the XP600C to racing applications. Furthermore, the company requires verification before shipping an XP 600 CP3 pump.

After purchase, customers must provide photo proof showing that the pump will go on a racing-only vehicle. Therefore, buyers should confirm that their application meets these requirements before ordering.

Important Core Return Information

Industrial Injection offers two options when a core requirement applies. First, customers can pay the core charge when ordering. Industrial Injection will then ship the pump, and the company will refund the applicable core charge after receiving and approving the returned core.

Alternatively, customers can send their core before Industrial Injection ships the purchased pump. However, this option can delay shipment, and inventory is not guaranteed while Industrial Injection waits for the core.

Industrial Injection requires core returns within 90 days for full credit. Additionally, customers must drain all fuel and oil, remove fittings, package the unit securely, and include the required return information. Damaged, seized, cracked, fire-damaged, or late cores may receive reduced credit or no credit according to Industrial Injection’s core policy.
