The Keating Machine Common Rail Billet Gear Housing with Removable Gear Access is engineered for 2003–2025 Cummins 5.9L and 6.7L Common Rail engines running P-pump or Sigma pump conversions. Designed for strength, precision, and serviceability, this billet housing replaces the factory stamped unit with a rigid, accurately machined solution built for high-performance and heavy-duty use.
Unlike factory housings, this design allows direct removable gear access, which significantly simplifies pump timing adjustments, gear inspection, and service work. As a result, builders can make changes without tearing down the entire front of the engine. This saves time, reduces labor, and improves long-term serviceability on performance builds.
CNC-machined from high-grade billet aluminum, this housing resists flex under load while maintaining precise gear alignment. It also retains compatibility with key OEM components, including the RPM sensor pickup, belt routing, fan assembly, and crankshaft damper. Additionally, it supports aftermarket mechanical fuel supply pumps and includes a block-off plate for applications that do not require one.
