When replacing your High-Pressure Oil Pump (HPOP), it’s an ideal time to upgrade to more durable and reliable hoses. These replacement hoses are made from high-quality Aeroquip material with DuPont Teflon lining and have an increased 3/8″ diameter for improved oil flow. The kit includes two hoses and necessary fittings to replace quick-connect (STC) fittings, using the same style as 1994.5-1997 Powerstroke engines. The hoses have a burst pressure rating of 16,000 psi and can withstand temperatures up to 400°F, with a working pressure of 5,000 psi at 72°F and 3,000 psi at 400°F.
This kit comes complete with two hoses and all of the necessary fittings to replace your factory HPOP lines with new fittings. Hoses are up-sized to 3/8″ featuring top-of-the-line Aeroquip hose utilizing DuPont teflon-lining with a burst pressure rating of 16,000psi and working temperature rating of 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Nominal working pressure is 5000psi at 72 degrees Fahrenheit and 3000psi at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Installation
- Pump Fitting Torque 28 ft/lbs.
- Head Fitting Torque 23 ft/lbs.
- Hose Ends Torque 21 ft/lbs.
- Remove the spring checks in the pump under the stock fittings
